By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.✐ COMMUNICATION ☁︎
All communication will be via Vgen messages
(Not no message me on discord, twitter, instagram, etc)✐ REVISIONS ☁︎
Unlimited changes are allowed during the sketch phase.
After linework/color, only small adjustments can be made.
Major changes beyond the sketch stage may require additional fees.✐ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ☁︎
Estimated delivery: 1–8 weeks depending on complexity, schedule, and work queue.
If you have a deadline, please tell me before ordering.Check-ins:
I will send updates throughout the process.
If you do not respond within 7 days, I will continue the commission as planned.✐ USE & RIGHTS ☁︎
Commissions are for personal use unless a commercial license is purchased.Commercial use includes:
• Merchandise (stickers, charms, prints, etc.)Additional fees apply for commercial rights.
I retain all copyright to my artwork.You may:
• Post with credit
• Print for personal useYou may NOT:
• Use my work for NFTs or AI training
• Claim the work as your own

Full refunds are available before I begin.

» You'll receive a .png file. One with a transparent background and one with a solid background color of your choosing or mine. If you need specific dimensions (ex: desktop wallpaper, overlay, etc. Let me know.)

Terms Of Service

☁︎ GENERAL TERMS
● By purchasing any Adopt from me, you automatically agree to all terms
and conditions of this TOS
● As stated further in this document, this contact will be supplied as evidence of
agreement from the buyer if any issues are to arise.☁︎ PAYMENT
● Currency accepted in USD only and can be paid through Stripe, Kofi, and Paypal☁︎ PROCESS AND DELIVERY
● Once payment is receviced the buyer will gain the image/file of the OC/adopt
● If the buyer issues a refund at anytime, they will no longer own the adopt☁︎ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, Deester (artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the
buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
● Post the original adopt artwork as part of a professional portfolio
● Use pre-existing adoptable designs as examples to future clientsThe buyer is allowed to:
● Use the bought adoptable for personal use
● Future artwork and imaging of an adopt is allowed to be used for commercial purposes, just not the initial image that comes with the purchase of the design
● Use the artwork on other sites (Discord, Twitch etc.). Credit will be required for all
use of my workThe following is considered copyright infringement:
● Claiming the artwork as your own
● This will include the attempt to profit off of the asset (i.e selling merch with the artwork purchased from me on it)
● If an adopt is purchased, all future work made by the purchaser is allowed to be for profit
● Removing my signature from the original adopt artwork
● Putting the orginal adopt artwork into an AI image generator is prohibited☁︎ REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
● If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point after buying the adopt, you will lose all ownership of said adoptable
● Rights to the bought adopt and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any
way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with this contract as evidence that you had agreed to the terms on purchase.
● Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from future purchases.
● If you become blacklisted, I reserve the right to inform other individuals of the
actions that have taken place.
